Definitions: ‘not good at maths’

I think that, through no fault of their own, for people who were told they were ‘not good a maths’ by an authority figure while they were young: anything they can now do is, by definition, not maths.

Not because it isn’t maths, but because if you’re ‘not good at maths’ and you can do something, that thing can’t be maths.
